An institutional operating system
17
Integrated applications in production
14
Months, delivered in 4 phases
100%
OBE compliance from live exam data
The problem
Islamic universities frequently operate on fragmented systems, or none at all — admissions in spreadsheets, exam results compiled by hand, outcome-based education compliance with no infrastructure to support it.
The approach
A full institutional platform built on Frappe — Student Information System, Academic and Examination Management, HR and Payroll, Finance and Budgeting, Library, Hostel and Transport, Alumni Relations, and a Faculty Research Portal — delivered across four phases over fourteen months, including a full OBE and QEC compliance engine built from live examination data.
The outcome
- 17 integrated applications, in production
- 14-month delivery across 4 phases
- Full outcome-based education compliance, replacing manual and third-party tools
